From building a good relationship with exercise to taking advantage of the classes and facilities right here on campus, there's lots to keep you motivated. Plus they'll be giving away a month's free Sports Centre pass - all you need to do is tell us how you're applying one of their tips in your everyday life (simply email us at Internalcomms-Uos@salford.ac.uk or tweet us at @USinternalcomms).

Sleep plays a huge role in your physical health. It is great for healing, as well as the repairing of  the heart, blood vessels and muscles. Lack of sleep can affect your cognitive abilities.

If you're trying to lose weight, getting quality sleep is abolsutely crucial since those with irregular sleep patterns or low quality sleep tend to consume more calories in a day. This can then encourage old eating habits and change the likelihood of meeting your set goals.
