Did you volunteer at September Registration? Help out with Winter Graduation? If you enjoyed your volunteering experience and would like to come back for more, then January Registration 2019 is your next opportunity! Never taken part before? Then this is your next chance to get involved…
January Registration 2019 takes place Monday 21 to 25 January 2019 in askUS, University House.
We need your help in making this a great experience for our students on campus and creating all-important first impressions. We are looking for volunteers for the following areas:
- Information Point and Registration Host – the first point of contact for students at the event and guiding the student through the building
- Online registration support – the all-important step to getting students formally registered and on board
- ID card collection – the final stop to becoming a fully-fledged student
You can volunteer for a full or half day – whatever works for you – we are grateful of any time you can spare. All we ask is that you gain approval from your line manager in advance and only commit to volunteering if you are sure you are definitely available to help out on the day.
Full training will be provided in advance and all volunteers will be briefed with information and resources you may need on the day.
