A message from Digital IT: Office 365 licensing

Dear Colleagues,

As part of the ongoing Microsoft Office 365 licensing work, some users are seeing an ‘unlicensed’ message on their installed Microsoft Outlook 365 products.

We will be installing a fix to this issue in the coming days and you may be prompted to sign in to Microsoft Office 365. If you are prompted to sign back into Office 365, please follow the instructions on the window. After this, you will be able to use the Office 365 applications as normal.

Please note when you log into Microsoft Office 365, the username is your email address.

If you incur any further problems, or after re-authentication, you are still receiving the ‘unlicensed’ message, please contact the Digital IT Service Desk on extension 52444.
