Information about strike action notification

Dear colleagues,

This message is a reminder to those staff who have exercised their right to take industrial action that you are legally obliged to notify us that you have taken part. By notifying the employer, your action is protected.

You can access both the Industrial Action Proforma and the Industrial Action Factsheet by clicking here and selecting the Industrial Action tab.

If you have taken action on more than one day you can notify us of this in a single submission, provided that the notification is sent to HR within 7 calendar days of the first date that you took action.
