Special lunchtime AUA session with Robert Ritchie

Robert Ritchie, Human Resources Division’s Learning and Development Specialist, will be delivering the second in a series of lunchtime talks being organised by the Salford branch of the Association of University Administrators’ this year. Entitled “Career Development: Do it Yourself!”, the event will show staff how to take responsibility for their own personal and professional development, using the Salford Behaviours as a driver. Adopting a radical approach to career development, the event will take the form of an interactive workshop, which will make use of disruptive learning models.

This is the second of three lunchtime events AUA Salford is running in 2018. Attendance will be limited and places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Those who are not currently AUA members but wish to learn more about the Association are welcome to attend, and there will be an opportunity to network with other AUA advocates/members after the talk.
