NEW Salford Speaks: Fitness hacks with Daley and Matt

For lots of us Christmas is now a distant memory (sob) and our attentions have turned to upping our fitness levels and getting altogether healthier in 2018.

If you’re determined to get fit this year, but unsure how exercise can fit into your lifestyle or don’t know the best options for you, two colleagues who may be able to help are the Sports Centre’s Daley O’Neal and Matt Monks. In our third episode of Salford Speaks the pair chat to us about overcoming barriers that can prevent us from exercising and how sport contributes to community engagement, as well as touching on the top fitness trends for 2018 (capoeira anyone?)
