Teaching and Learning Showcase: Find out more about the Greenpower Electric Car Challenge
Jan 08, 2018
I would like to invite all staff to attend the next Teaching & Learning Showcase on Wednesday 31 January 1-4pm in Chapman building. To book, please click here.
Along with other speakers, detailed on the registration page, you’ll be able to find out more about how your students can get involved in the Greenpower Electric Car Challenge interdisciplinary project.
Mike Brown, Director of the Engineering & Environments ICZ and former Director of Global Academic Programmes at Siemens will be joining us to explain how programmes can get involved.
Supporting the event theme of internal networking and work-based learning, representatives from a range of University departments will be attending to discuss how we can use the University to support programmes in expanding interdisciplinary and work based learning.
There will also be workshops by Jackie Leigh, exploring how they have transformed the culture for student learning through implementing a coaching framework and Samantha Newberry on developing PGT Distance Learning teaching in a way that supports the security professions.
